...See more At times people call me crazy or tell me to take medication. Unfortunately what I have can't be cured that simply. How do you explain that what has happened was brought on by life experiences rather then a chemical imbalance? I do know a lot of people with other kinds of certain mental heath. Although no one can understand mine is brought on by circumstances. Or I am just told it wasn't that bad. But with these experiences I have learned I am unable to trust others, or even myself. I feel a heavy sense of neglect and often invisible. When people do engage with me its not what I expect. I think I have a wonderful personality, but the world is shallow and I am often considered ugly. I wish this was some times but its by important people in my life as well as strangers. My entire childhood I was insecure and quiet because of what I thought people though of me. Even my closest friends turned their backs on me. Now as an adult, my adulthood has been nothing but grief. I am in my 30s and no longer believe it gets better. But I often find all my ptsd from my life has affected me and now I don't see a way out. I have never done therapy before and I am new to this site. Thank you to everyone reading.
