...See more Sometimes we all can feel a little bit of emotional numbness after following a same routine and specially days like Mondays or after a long holiday. Such type of feelings can sometimes disturb us a lot from within, make us weak and unable to cope with the situations. Practicing mindfullness and meditation, breathing exercise and yoga can help. Feelings of gratitude and noting down things which makes us thankful for our existence can help. What are the other things that can help such a situation?
