...See more Every 2-3 months, the pain becomes unbearable, so I sleep through it. I wake up feeling like a monster for making those around me suffer. Then I get angry that they expect more from me and stay upset with my sadness. I’m just over it. Not really seeking advice—just here to share my thoughts for anyone else who experiences the same. My bipolar has gotten worse with age, just as I was told it would. Still pisses me off though.
