Going Online

...See more So, apparently, I've got a part of my life where when I see people having friends or a fun time online, it makes me mad. I don't want to see a cheerful post about how grateful you are for your DND group. It's not like I can relate. I know this is a bad way to think, but I don't know what to do about it. Maybe stop going online, or encourage myself to interact with those posts, and express how glad I am they can be happy. That sounds really cringy and attention-seeking.

Depressed And concerned

...See more I don't know what to do with myself anymore. In the morning, when my sister is around, I'm fine. I can play video games, and talk about doing things. But at night, listening to my sister party online with her friend, or even while I'm doing chores, I feel like I'm too depressed. Too depressed to post things online, too depressed to talk to people. I know people won't be happy when they know how I'm doing, so I don't want to talk about it. Should I be on the internet, be putting potentially upsetting content out there, make a big fool of myself, if I I know it'll all result in nothing?

Enjoying Yoga

...See more Hey. So, three days a week, my local YMCA have yoga classes. I really doing yoga, I like the idea of being more limber or losing weight, and it's nice to get out of the house. Lately though, I've realized some issues. Now, the 4th of July messed up our schedule. A big long weekend, we didn't want to yoga. Then monthlies, for myself and my sister, one week apart. And we went on a trip. I know that it's just a matter of go already, but my brain is sending me these warnings, and I don't like it. One of the reasons I don't like to go is the heat. It's stupid hot right now. I am sweating so much in class. I'm not usually nervous about sweating, but I am wearing a tank top and I don't shave at all, so I get insecure when I see all the other ladies with their hairless arms and pits. (Dudes generally wear t-shirts.) Another reason is I can't drive myself there. My mom has to dude me and my sister. She always makes a deal out of informing her in advance and not cancelling and being considerate, which I understand, but I get so scared of being in the car, I don't want to go. We always get some kind of speech or drama, and it sucks. I also have to cook lunch as soon as we get home. Not a real problem, but it gets tiring. I also don't have much social contact with others, so yoga class is weird because you don't talk much, but you also get down on all fours and spread your legs. I get nervous. I just kind of needed to vent, but I also wish I could fight off all this nervousness I have.

...See more I use my phone too much, and I hate it, but I have nothing else stimulating to do. I don't have any friends to talk to most of the time, I can't do any interesting hobbies, and I can only sit at home most days. I'm miserable, but I can't fix this.
