Going Online
So, apparently, I've got a part of my life where when I see people having friends or a fun time online, it makes me mad. I don't want to see a cheerful post about how grateful you are for your DND group. It's not like I can relate.
I know this is a bad way to think, but I don't know what to do about it. Maybe stop going online, or encourage myself to interact with those posts, and express how glad I am they can be happy. That sounds really cringy and attention-seeking.
@EriccOhThree i know how u feel i hate it too, but for me i hate it more especially in real life like i have this class where i have no close friends and it just makes me so upset and jealous seeing people laughing and having fun with their other friends. i know it's hard to not go online and not check social media but if seeing it makes u feel mad then it's probably best not to. maybe try doing something else online or doing things that'll distract you. you can also try making online friends if you feel like u have no one irl to talk to
