...See more Whenever I see any of my trigger foods like snacks or baked goods I tell myself “I’m craving this, I already know how this tastes, and it’s not the last time I’ll ever get a chance to have this , do I still want to eat this right now?” This self talk has helped me gain a little self control over how often I’m eating foods that trigger a binge . Hope this helped
