...See more hello, i have been addicted to food for the past 3 years. i might have BED or bulimia i’m not sure. all i know is that i cannot physically get through the stress without binging or else i have severe withdrawal symptoms. i feel like i am going to melt or pass out or die. i feel like crap all the time and i know i cannot live this way but i don’t know what else to do and i can’t break out of the cycle. i’m severe depressed and also lonely and this is my coping mechanism that works, but it’s destroying me…
