How to go back to life normally again

...See more For the last 3 months I've been overly depressed, there's no specific reason for that so it's not about a solution for a problem, I keep feeling sad everyday without a reason and having almost no energy to do anything, I'm even afraid to start doing my hobbies or anything I like again, but I really wanna write a plan for myself and start doing what I used to do, is there any way that helps me to do so?
