...See more I've been feeling really anxious this week. I mean I'm anxious all the time but it's usually for a specific reason or triggered by something but this week I've been constantly on edge for no apparent reason. I've been skin picking and biting my nails again and feel so irritable and agitated. I can't seem to focus on anything and feel overwhelmed by it all. I went out earlier and this women saw me and started yelling at me because I'm Muslim and she clearly didn't like Muslims, I've been feeling very unsettled and feel like it's going to be even harder for me to go out now after that negative encounter
