...See more So i lost a lot of weight the healthy way, exercise, eating low carb or generally healthy. Then cue the end of summer where i still was a decent amount away from my goal. I decided to "fast" to try to lose weight quickly for an event. i barely ate anything, my hair started falling out. After the event was over i pulled out all the stops on eating, ate everything and anything-even things I'm allergic to that i know will hurt my body. It's like i suddenly didn't care about being healthy anymore, i just wanted food, almost punishing myself for starving by eating things ik harm my body. I also have barrly exercised since the event. I'm at a loss of what to do! I want to get back to being healthy.
