...See more Looking for tips on how to manage. I get really triggered when a friend/family member does not make me a priority. I just they would value me. I feel like I'm only good enough when it is convenient. I know it my expectations of what I think people should do but in the moment it just hurts and I get angry and get that panic feeling. I blow up and than get scared the will not come back. The emptiness is paralyzing at times.
