...See more Is anyone here afraid of dying?? I am. Sometimes I get so much anxiety from what's going on around me that I get panic attacks. I have been staying at home now for 19 days. I have kids so I do whatever I can to keep them safe. Just last night out of the nowhere I started not being able to breathe right. Atleast that's how it felt. Like if my chest was tight. And then I feel like if I'm dying. It's the worst feeling ever. Please someone help ☹️
