...See more For two weeks I have been experiencing anxiety. Like I never have before, 20 years of emergency services I have seen a lot of things, now all of a sudden Im just overloaddd. Lots of things have happened in life lately and Im just over the top with it all. Im doing online counseling with a online therapist and then the listeners here. Im stuck in these cycles where I think something is wrong and my mind just cycles it over and over. And I just cant break the cycle. Some of the things I think about have little merit to them but my brain is making them out to be bigger than they are. So I hit up a listener, Ive had some good ones and then some that just stop talking? And it leaves me to think Im nuts? I get it they are volunteers, but hey could say sorry I have to run instead of just disappearing, makes me even more self conscious like maybe Im stupid for feeling the way I am. How do you stop silly thoughts that keep running through your head?
