...See more Everyday is a constant battle with anxiety for me. My body feels the tingles once it hits and stays there for a long time. It makes me feel worse every day because it makes me think something is wrong with me but there isn't. I've had medical checkups and I'm perfectly healthy. Just may not mentally healthy. How do some of you guys deal with anxiety? I've never really had a perfect way to deal with it other than just go through it, lay down, and put some Vicks on my body to ease the breathing. It's an annoying way to live. I've conquered it for years and now it has returned. I started having it back in 2012. Had it for years and years then. Got rid of it the last three years and now it's back. It's easy to say not to think and think positively, but it's not so easy doing it. Speaking with people helps in a way but I don't have a lot of those in real life. I'm a loner and a lot of days I don't ever speak with anyone other than myself.
