...See more Hello everyone, well first of, I'm 18 (almost 19) years old and currently enrolled on an university studying Graphic Design. I'm not even sure if what I have is anxiety, but I'll give an actual situation I'm going throught right now, I'd be very pleased to hear other's opnion. I have a certain work to do, I've got to model something with foam... But I just can't do it. When I think of starting to work on it, seems like even breathing become difficult and I get very, very nervous, not to mention how much my stomach starts to hurt, head feels light somehow, and I end up not doing anything and letting it slide so 'I'll do it another day'. And that's now just with work, but sometimes even when I try to hangout with some friends I feel this very strange feeling, and the same problems with breathing, stomach and so on, I always end up convincing myself that I can't do it, and so it stops there. I don't know if there is a day that I didn't felt like this, as it carries all the way back to school... I just don't know what to do with it anymore, I always end up feeling very depressed, even thought people say 'Just stand up and do it!' or 'Go out more!' it's now that easy, I just can't... Sorry if this was that long, I tried to make it as short as I could.
