...See more Hello So i joined a play school as a teacher on 13 may be regerral . I am also studying and in class 12 . First of all the management was very bad they don't clear anything at all like since i was referred may be that is why they treated me so informally . Since it was also my first time ever teaching it was very hard . I teach pre nursery everything basically their class teacher also i have to teach conversation to pre nursery nursery lkg ukg and class 1 it is very underpaid but i thought it is okay since it is first job . There are only 4 teachers in the school and today two of them were absent. I took care of Nursery class also and one of the student is mentally *** you can know by their behaviour and i was not able to make them do any class work in the first period so i didn't give them any work later and i don't know how but i forget to write their diary and the parent just complaint in the school group chat . I seriously had a emotional breakdown like i am so overworked and emotionaly drained what the *** am i supposed to do . Why don't parents understand that how much pressure it is on Teachers like just relax and you also know your child right . You didn't even gave them pencil while going to school and then expect us to do what . Like how the *** am i supposed to mannage all this . My throat is hurting for a few days because of constant talking idk just somebody please help
