Gemma (she/her), 21, psychology undergrad student, UK. Making a small difference since 2014, 1 chat at a time.
I like to support people through topics such as sexuality, self-harm, and mental health problems, but you can talk to me about anything! Even if you just feel alone and want someone to talk to, I am here for you. I provide a space to vent judgement-free, especially about thoughts and feelings. I also offer CBT techniques to help overcome depression and anxiety. Please feel free to drop me a message whether I am online or not and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
***I am not highly active these days due to having a heavy workload, so if you need long-term support I am not your best bet.***
