“You cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it”
I'm here to listen, vent to or even just for a simple chat. I have a degree in Psychology and Counselling and I want to use put this to good use and try and help those who need it the most. I'll try my best to help everyone who comes to me but my most strong areas are depression, self-harm, anxiety and eating disorders. I know life can be very difficult which can cause you to feel alone, and maybe just having a simple chat may help, therefore I want to do my best to spread happiness to everyone.
