...See more I have been dealing with health anxiety for almost a year now and am wanting to share on how that's been going. it has been the most toughest things I have ever been through. there's not one day that I don't think about my health or a day where I can't stop thinking that that day will be my last day. it has taken over my life. i get sharp chest pains as well as tightness and pressure. I have shortness of breath, headaches, twitches, lightheaded, pins and needles, chills, numbness (sometimes) and more! I can't help but to think that there's is something medically wrong with me. I have seen my doctor many times, I have gotten tests dones and checked my EKG and vitals multiple times and they have all come back normal. my doctor would tell me that it's anxiety and I will be good for a day or two but all my bad thoughts would come back and i will continue the cycle again. I'm tired of living like this. a part of me believes that it's all anxiety but part of me won't let go of those bad thoughts. Is there anyone struggling with something similar to this?? If so, how do you guys handle it? what is it that you do to cope with it?
