Hello,
I am married with 2 teenagers and passionate about guiding others to to a place within their hearts that will allow them to see their strengths and let their inner light shine! I have a BA in Psychology and in May of 2020 I earned my Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching certificate. I am a certified Yoga/Yoga therapist and passionate about teaching and sharing Yoga with others.
