She is a very kind and caring individual. She is also very prompt in responding to you very quickly. Don't let her youth fool you, she is very understanding and sympathetic, and has a lot of wisdom for her young age. I highly, HIGHLY recommend her.
She is a very good listener. Very prompt and clear in what she tells you, and she doesn't make you wait for ten minutes to receive a reply. Also very honest and to the point. I highly recommend her. :)
