...See more Last night, I came to my parents about my problems with my anger and self-harm. I was so anxious and scared , I don't know why. I was shaking even before I told them, my heart rate was at max speed. I just simply melted into tears when I told them and they supported me. We're considering therapy for my issues. I am still figuring myself out and need to know what is wrong with me. But, right now, we're on a good path to healing. For anyone out there who is struggling, know that no matter how scary it is- telling a loved one isn't bad. It's you being strong enough to step up and request the help you need. Lots of love ❤️

...See more Hello! I am a young teen who deals with anger issues. When I get angry, I feel like it takes control of me and I just have to watch on the sidelines as it destroys my life. I've always been the person who thought "it only happens to 1 in 4 people, it can't happen to me", so I am still sort of in denial that this is a problem. But, I'm starting to feel that this is an issue. I also tend to perform self-had when I can't hurt others. I don't cut, I punch walls and solid objects just to feel the pain. I also bite my hand when I'm angry in public. It sounds horrible but it was always so normal for me. I plan to seek help for my issues through soon. I hope others can relate and realize that they're not alone in this. Love you guys ❤️
