I like to support both adults and teens struggling with a range of issues including (but feel free to connect about other things) :

LGBT (I myself am a member of the LGBT community)

Caring/ in a relationship with someone with a mental health illness

Living away from home (I have lived away from home since I have been 18 and at 21 moved 220 miles away from home)

Panic attacks (I have suffered from these in the past)

I am passionate about helping to make sure that no-one ever feels like they have no-one to turn to

I understand the importance of having a safe and nonjudgmental environment to talk in

I am compassionate, understanding and very open minded therefore nothing shocks me - so don't suffer in silence

Maybe I can't stop the downpour but i will always join you for a walk in the rain
