I am very familiar with anxiety and depression, as that ran my life for a few years. I have finally started feeling better about life in general and I want to be the person I needed when I was in my dark days. BUT I will talk with you about ANY topic and I will do my best to help you feel better.

I'm here to help you, to be an open ear. I will not judge you no matter what you tell me, so don't be shy, and please don't be embarrassed! I want to be your shoulder to lean on during a tough time. You can consider me a friend as I will genuinely care about what you have to say and what you need to get off your chest.
