Greeniee greeniee winnie minnie, he/she doesn't jump to conclusion after you say two sentences, lets you say all you've got to say, doesn't give an advice about your situation, helps you try to figure things out with his/her questions. You know, pretty pretty good overall. I'm glad people exist who is actually willing and dedicated to help someone else when they don't get any obvious (at least none that I see) benefit from it.
