My name is Ryan - I'm an outdoor junkie! Hunting, fishing, anything of that nature. I'm an avid archer. I suffer from hashimoto's disease(hypothyroidism). The medication for this disease has given me terrible anxiety! Throughout the past 5 some odd years, I've learned coping mechanisms and other ways of dealing with it.
