...See more Hello everyone, this js my first post on here and I hope I'm not writing this in the wrong place. Today has been very hard for me emotionally, I am restless, frustrated, feel aggressive towards myself... a couple of hours ago I was having a bit of a panic attack and this image/feeling came into my head of TRIGGER WARNING//// two of my cousins (that have already done things to me when we were little) pushing a toy soldier into my privates. I don't know what to make of this. It felt disturbing when it came to me and I don't know if it was real or not, but the feelings are very real. I feel like I'm going insane. I see my therapist tomorrow and I think I'll tell her about it, but how can I begin to explain this?? I just needed to vent, thank you very much for reading. I wrote the image down just in case it'll get "covered up" again..
