I have been struggling a lot with health anxiety recently which is my main reason for coming on here.

...See more So a friend of mine I’m a almost 100% sure is self harming and I’m not sure how to approach them about it in the past people normal came to me about it but I know this one won’t. After I moved school I haven’t felt really close with anyone even the people I hang out daily so it means this a little harder. I feel like my friend is really guarded and won’t say anything and I don’t want to make them overly anxious trying to talk to them along with their other stressors.  Does anyone know how to like start a convo off or what I should say to them

...See more Hi here is a place we can all help with each others work I just though it would be good to have what I can mainly help with here im good at math (not specialist of calculus) physics, psychology, other basic level science, portfolio tasks(?), im good at some areas of English (not spelling) but I can’t help with most things also @Darkerplaces @LoveMyMoonflowers @TaylorTheFrog @JodyThinksTooMuch (hope that works)

...See more For a long time I didn’t really see a point in coming out I felt like the change and problems that might arise wasn’t very worth the trouble and after I got over the hard times of discomfort I felt mostly ok with up and down but recently I have been thinking of coming out but I’m so lost on how or what to say. I don’t really have any reason to feel unsafe in my household my parents have expressed their acceptance and have told me multiple times it’s ok but I still find it hard to approach the topic. I was wondering if anyone had any coming story or just how you came out so I can get an idea on how to take action
