...See more Hi I feel like I have always had anxiety but in the last few years my anxiety, specifically my social anxiety has worsened. Eg as soon as I leave the house I feel like everyone who walks past is looking at me and judging me even though at the back of my mind I know theyre not but I cant help thinking this way. I joined 7 cups cause I wondering if anyone had any tips/personal experiences of living with social anxiety especially as Im supposed to be starting uni soon and the thought of being with loads of people and having to do things like presentations terrifies me? Is social anxiety something that eventually goes away or am I likely to always feel like this?
