Hello, I am a caring, empathetic and compassionate person with healthy boundaries. I have extensive history with LGBTQ issues, Drug/Alcohol recovery (I'm clean/sober 25 years). My undergraduate work was in Community and Human Services with an emphasis on Social Work and Counseling. I also have background in Weight Management and Nutrition and have also been in recovery from General Anxiety for many years. I think I have a lot to offer someone who might just want to talk - with my emphasis being on Active Listening. Thanks,
