...See more Hello everyone, I noticed something when doing my growth path and all this progressive path , I noticed that there's listener oath which is okay But the thing is that even after taking the oath you will still see and when I went under the post I see most users that has done theirs will just drop something maybe a full stop , like me I just wrote done there and even if I should pick something else if I want to go to another path , is still going to be listener oath In summary what I wanted to say is that if there is a way that the community mods , or the site updater or the admins can help with this by allowing those that has done theirs I mean the listener oath not to see it again it will be well appreciated, weldone 🥰

...See more Hello everyone 🤗  I heard something about how to clean our kidney well , we all know and if we don't know is all good , kidneys helps in osmoregulation that is balance between salt and water in the body , excretion and also ultrafiltration so in summary kidneys helps to clean the blood and body fluids and filters the toxic ones and you know it will get accumulated , so about what I heard about how to clean it is that steaming scent leave for some minutes and drinking the water and also emptying our bladder in times  Will appreciate any contributions, corrections about this thanks  And remember health is wealth , so lovessss🥰 take care of yourself 😊 and always drink water 💦
