...See more I get nightmares and playbacks of negative memories and confortations of others. I get times that someone would come after me and hurt me . I don't like confortation but sticking up for myself sometimes is draining. This sucks So much I don't want to keep thinking that this one individual would hurt me and over and over again keep murdering me . It gets in the way of my sleep and my everyday life or routine. This gets really bad!!! It has been on individual for about weeks and months. I'm just get really scared and terrified because I don't want these thoughts. But they keep coming and I want to live but it replays of me getting murdered or dying from this individual. I just hope things get better.
