Hi! My name is Anna. I'm so very glad you've decided to come and talk. I am a trained active listener and getting my degree in CBT therapy. I am trained specially in self harm, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I will do my very best to help you out. I also enjoy running and reading and, of course, watching a lot of movies and shows.
