Hi, I'm Hex. I have cptsd from childhood trauma from being raised by a narcissist mother and enabler father. Seen as the lost child, my sister was the golden. In the past few months i went no contact with my mother which made my father cut ties with me. I'm currently grapling with anger towards both my parents and the feeling of being robbed of a loving family. I'm no longer complacent to the way others treat me though. I deserve total respect and set boundaries. I'm trying to figure out how to love myself. I lift heavy at the gym 6 days a week and enjoy gardening and video games. I try not to let my childhood rob me of happiness because I've spent enough time in life hating myself and everything around me.
