...See more I need to be able to get this out somehow. My moods have been unstable and I keep feeling like I need to do something... drastic? The other day I finally ran into the shower and turned on the cold water. I left the house suddenly by myself last week and turned off the location finder on my phone and freaked out my husband. He tried to keep me from leaving but I threatened to call the police and left. Now I sit here feeling the same way and can't stop thinking about snow and mountains and my thought is that I should just start driving somewhere else. I feel energetic yet drained. I can't focus and I hate how my skin is crawling right now. Does anyone understand this? Am I alone in feeling this way? What can I do to get rid of it besides something painful or potentially dangerous?
