Panic attack at school

...See more I’ve started getting panic attacks in school and it worry’s me a lot and my teachers think I’m faking it since most students in my class fake it and I’ve been isolating myself for a week ever since my last panic attack I’m not sure if I should continue isolating myself I’m just scared
