...See more They've been happening for a couple days now. The immense feelings and crying. I feel so frustrated with myself and sad. I grew up a mute most of my life. I didn't get the help i needed as a child but i also didn't do anything to better myself after graduating high school. i had no one to guide me and now I feel lost and purposeless. I want friends so badly. Im so alone and its depressing. i wake up and its just me after my partner leaves for work. i can't deal with myself anymore, like my thoughts are too much. I want to talk to someone who will help me. or how do I help myself? how do I learn to live with it?
