...See more I was diagnosed AvPD last year.. For those of you that don't know AvPD is Avoidant Personality Disorder. We often have members that are dealing with a diagnosis and I thought speaking candidly about my experience could be beneficial. I'm also hoping posting  this thread might help me overcome some issues.

...See more I was going through a very heard time and I googled online therapy. I found 7 cups of tea. I talked and talked to listeners until I had nothing left to say then I decided to become a listen to myself. Being a listener has given me a real sense of purpose. This site is amazing.
