...See more I have anorexia and I’ve been in treatment for more than 4 years. It’s been already one year and a half when I was discharged from the hospital. Lately I’ve been feeling really obsessive with my body, and I feel as if I gained a lot of weight. I know that I associate the fact of being fat with being rejected, not loved and abandoned, but I’ve been trying to work with the psychologist this a lot but… I feel like if I am fat nobody will accept or love me (not friends and less boys), even I think people will laugh at me. The aspect of how I see myself is not getting better, actually it might be going worse and I am starting getting tired of fighting against my body and trying to control it but I can’t control it seriously. I am quite desperate and I don’t know what else to do to accept my body and stop judging it and hating it. I would love to live a life accepting my body the way it is. Thanks a lot for reading me! I need it to express it🥺.
