i had literally been holding everything bad in for months. Today i started crying and could not stop. I was alone and did not know what to do. I am so glad that i tried to find someone to talk to, just to help me calm down and start to let go. I am so glad that i found this website, it is so comforting knowing that if i am in crisis, and i am alone, there is someone there to help ease the pain. And no matter how much emotional pain that i have, I can be okay. if i make myself be okay.Thank you.
