Positive affirmations?

...See more I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. But I've been trying to work on my self talk/self esteem. I've always been recommended to try positive affirmations, but it always feels wrong, almost cringey. I so dont believe the things I'll say that I feel like fraud. How do you combat that feeling?
