Hello ! As a psychology student, I have a fair share of understanding of psychological suffering in its various forms, whether it is mental illnesses, addiction, traumas, relationship issues, and how to cope with these hard situations. Everybody experiences rough times or is pushed towards his/her limits at some point, and it's important that we can have somebody to talk to without fear of being judged. We're all humans and connectedness is a huge part of what defines us, deep down. So, together, let's try and shine a bit of light on this cold, dark world while we can.

Previously intervening in a separate community of people suffering from suicidal thoughts, I mostly 'specialize' in 'hard cases', such as major mood disorders (major depression, bipolarity), personality disorders, psychotic disorders (schizophrenia, schizoaffective), anxiety disorders, domestic violence and traumas. (Disclaimer : If you are feeling suicidal and you are scared of what you might do, call the suicide hotline right now. We can discuss the reasons that brought you there, though, if you're not in a crisis.)

"And then I found out how hard it is to really change.
Even hell can get comfy once you've settled in.
I just wanted the lonely inside me to leave.
No matter how fucked you get, there's always hell when you come back down.
The funny thing is all I ever wanted I already had.
There's glimpses of heaven in every day.
In the friends I have, the music I make, the love that I feel.
I just had to start again."
