...See more I'm 15 dealing with depression and I just feel empty and sad. I have episodes of depression that can last for as long as a year. When I have these episodes I start feeling like I have to cry randomly for no reason at all, or I'll get super mad and irritated. It happens anywhere, in school, at home, etc. I really want to know how to deal with this and understand how I can help myself.
