...See more Hi, I just joined this app mostly because I've been feeling really depressed and lonely lately. I guess I have a few friends but most are either too caught up in their own lives or just aren't that close to me, so I don't feel like I really have anyone I can reliably talk to or trust. I also feel like I have a certain degree of social anxiety because it always feels like it takes an immense amount of effort to try anything new or take any risks with people and I always seize up and just do nothing and then those people end up drifting away when I do nothing. This keeps happening over and over and I know why but I always get stuck with what to do when it comes to specific people (since everyone is different) and then don't have the tenacity to act upon it anyway. So as a result I just don't really have anyone I can trust about this stuff or anyone who can genuinely make me feel better. Idk what to expect from this app (since I'm new) but here goes nothing.
