Once a very lost person, with no direction in life, now experiencing each moment with purpose. Everything shifted when i stopped asking what i wanted out of life and started asking what does LIFE want out of me in this particular moment. My conclusion was the same as my favorite author, Dr. Viktor E. Frankl - the greatest of human freedom is to choose one's own attitude in every given situation, to choose one's own way.
This last human freedom can help us cope in all circumstances, under all kinds of pressures.
