My sexual life is a mess
Relationship Stress / by InsecureDogPerson

...See more I have ADHD on medications for 6 years. I’m a 35m married to a 39f for 10 years now. We married for love and we still in love after 2 sons and a decade together. Because of my ADHD I can’t find pleasure from anything not food, entertainment or even sex. When we married my wife was totally inexperienced and due to the cultural norms where I live we had our first sexual encounter after marriage.. she was afraid and it took around 2 months until first penetration and around a year for her to be actually relaxed enough to enjoy it. I was extremely demanding which made things worse and by time the desire imbalance became obvious. She wouldn’t show any signs if we didn’t have any action for a month or two and I literally want sex daily since it gave me no true satisfaction. Also I always wanted to try stuff positions, role playing, oral, ***, sex outside bedroom anything that may add some extra kick. She doesn’t want any of that she wants romantic vaginal sex always and only. I know that the problem is mine and only mine and I should never force my dreams on her but I really want to enjoy sex with her and I don’t know how can I get it . I stopped asking for sex for few months now I gave up and she seems not bothered I don’t know what I do. Please help
