...See more Hi Everyone, I want to find people who understand what's going on ... Besides the others( my system) I have a very misbehaving personality and it's hard for my surrounding to understand... I don't want to bother people or make them suffer but if it is crawling out of me everything gets attacked or punished , it is the oldest and the strongest of my 8 persons . I want to know if there is any way to get it under control.... I am seeking therapy and I do my best to get better but I don't know anyone with the same issue none who understands what is going on besides my therapist .... My symptoms : dissociative disorders (amnesia,fugue,depersonalization derealizations, switching pers. ,trance ,sensory loss, seizures, paralysis) Anxiety ,panic attacks, depression, hypervigilance,hyperarousal,insomnia ,flashbacks , body pain , clustermigraine I'm hoping for any good coping strategies or helpful talks or resources I could use I wish you guys all the best and thanks for your replies
