...See more People ask me every day, "How are you?" and expecr me to answer "Great, and you?". It's exhausting to lie to people all the time. I'm not great. I'm working a job where the manager quit and instead of replacing them, the responsibilities got out on me. I'm not being compensated or given any help, and have been told over and over that eventually I'd be promoted. It's wearing on my mental well-being, and on my physical health. I can't afford to quit, or to shove the duties on somebody else- there is nobody else. I guess I'm complaining to complain. Any advice would be welcome. This is my first post here, or anywhere in the 7cups forums, so if I'm in the wrong place to be complaining, whoops! Hope y'all are doing better than I am.
