...See more Hey guys, my name is Isabelle. How do you guys mange portion control? Whenever I eat something, I eat excessively, even when I’m already hungry. I workout regularly, but I feel like it isn’t really worth it since I binge on food all the time. I just love the sensation food brings and how it feels. The feeling of something in my mouth while I’m chewing brings satisfaction in some way. My relationship with food isn’t the best. Although I eat junk food a lot, I hate seeing it in places. If I find a pic or post of a recipe online or on my feed for something sweet, I immediately report it. I hate seeing what food does to me. How do you control yourself with food? My mind always wants more, and I always crave more, but in reality, I don’t need more.
