...See more Hey everyone, I'm a 21 year old student who is struggling with stress and anxiety. I'm in my final year of University and it's just stressing me out way too much. I feel like I'm not good enough and that I'll let down my parents and myself. I feel so under confident and I have a bunch of stuff to do which I've been procrastinating because I don't feel motivated enough. I at times cry for no reason and I feel breathless at times and I just panic. I haven't talked about this with anybody around me and I don't know what should I do. I've also had a breakup few months back and it's difficult dealing with it. Thank you for hearing me out and providing me this safe space :)
